Abstract: The Public Service Mall in Langkat Regency is a government building that functions as a building to facilitate all service activities. Then to realize this Law, the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia issued Regulation Number 23 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Public Service Malls as a breakthrough and innovation to create excellent service. 128 of 2021 concerning Determining the Location for the 2021 MPP. The design of the Public Service Mall will later apply Andy Rahman's approach where in design not only aspects of physical comfort are always considered, but also pay attention to psychological comfort.
