Abstract: Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat membawa dampak signifikan pada berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi dalam memilih sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sangat tergantung pada keefisienan dan keefektifan sistem informasi yang digunakan. PT. DOTRI GADAI JAYA merupakan sebuah perusahaan pergadaian swasta yang menghadapi masalah dalam proses recruitmen karyawan baru yang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu calon karyawan biasanya mengirimkan berkas lamaran ke kantor pusat baik melalui e-mail, pos maupun menitipkan lamaran langsung di bagian admin yang memakan waktu yang cukup lama dan mengakibatkan kemungkinan adanya kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pengambilan keputusan dalam penerimaan karyawan baru yang efisien. Manfaatnya melibatkan pihak terkait yang akan mendapatkan kemudahan dalam mendapatkan informasi penerimaan karyawan baru. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan efisiennsi dan efektivitas proses rekrutmen karyawan, serta memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai implementasi sistem informasi berbasis web dalam sebuah perusahaan. Rapid technological developments have had a significant impact on various areas of life, including the employee recruitment process. The success of an organization in selecting quality human resources depends greatly on the efficiency and effectiveness of the information system used. PT. DOTRI GADAI JAYA is a private pawnshop company that is facing problems in the process of recruiting new employees which is currently still done manually, namely prospective employees usually send application files to the head office either by e-mail, post or leaving the application directly in the admin section which takes time. which is quite long and results in the possibility of errors. This research aims to design an efficient decision-making information system for recruiting new employees. The benefit is involving related parties who will find it easier to obtain information on accepting new employees. Thus, it is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee recruitment process, as well as providing further understanding regarding the implementation of web-based information systems in a company.
