Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi saluran pemasaran, besar margin pemasaran, farmer‟s share, efisiensi pemasaran kelapa sawit rakyat di Desa Sei Lama, Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Kabupaten Asahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sei Lama, Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Kabupaten Asahan. metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode nalisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengetahui kondisi saluran pemasaran di Desa Sei Lama dan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui besar nilai margin pemasaran, farmer‟s share, dan efisiensi pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran yang berada di Desa Sei Lama yaitu pola saluran I (petani kelapa sawit – pedagang pengumpul – pabrik kelapa sawit (PKS), pola saluran II (petani kelapa sawit – pedagang besar – pola saluran I (petani kelapa sawit – pedagang pengumpul – pabrik kelapa sawit (PKS), dan pola saluran III (petani kelapa sawit – pabrik kelapa sawit (PKS), Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh margin pemasaran dan farmer’s share saluran I, II, dan III yaitu sebesar Rp 434/Kg, Rp 267/Kg, dan Rp 0/Kg, dan 84%, 90%, dan 100%. Adapun nilai efisiensi pemasaran saluran I, II,dan III yaitu sebesar 3,2%, 3%, dan 2,9% < 50 yang berarti ketiga saluran pemasaran yang berada di Desa Sei Lama merupakan saluran yang efisien. This study aims to analyze the condition of marketing channels, the size of marketing margins, farmer's share, and the efficiency of marketing of smallholder oil palm in Sei Lama Village, Simpang Empat District, Asahan Regency. This study was conducted in Sei Lama Village, Simpang Empat District, Asahan Regency. The sampling method in this study used the purposive sampling method using the slovin formula. The data analysis method in this study used a qualitative descriptive method to determine the condition of marketing channels in Sei Lama Village and a quantitative method to determine the value of marketing margins, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency. Based on the research results, it is known that there are three marketing channels in Sei Lama Village, namely channel pattern I (oil palm farmers - collectors - palm oil mills (PKS), channel pattern II (oil palm farmers - wholesalers - channel pattern I (oil palm farmers - collectors - palm oil mills (PKS), and channel pattern III (oil palm farmers - palm oil mills (PKS), Based on the calculation results, the marketing margin and farmer's share of channels I, II, and III are Rp. 434 / Kg, Rp. 267 / Kg, and Rp. 0 / Kg, and 84%, 90%, and 100%. The marketing efficiency values ​​of channels I, II, and III are 3.2%, 3%, and 2.9% <50, which means that the three marketing channels in Sei Lama Village are efficient channels.
