Analisa Pengukuran Produktivitas Dengan Metode Productivity Evaluation Tree (Pet) Pada UD. Tempe Sei Tembung

Abstract

Industri tempe merupakan makanan tradisional khas Indonesia yang memiliki kandungan gizi. Pada penelitian ini terlihat bahwa target produksi tahun 2021 s/d 2023 tidak tercapai dikarenakan tidak optimalnya hasil produksi dengan bahan baku yang digunakan, hal ini dapat menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target produksi per hari sehingga permintaan konsumen tidak terpenuhi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas total pada periode 2022 s/d 2023 pada unit usaha UD. Tempe Sei Tembung serta mampu meningkatkan produktivitas. Metode PET adalah suatu metode yang mengandalkan suatu keputusan manajerial terutama dalam mengidentifikasi serta menguji alternatif yang mungkin serta memutuskan alternatif mana sebaiknya yang dilakukan dalam penetapan target produktivitas total dimasa yang akan datang. Maka pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil Tingkat produktivitas total perusahaan pada periode (0) tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar 1,56, tingkat produktivitas total perusahaan pada periode tahun 2022 yaitu sebesar 1,63, dan tingkat produktivitas total perusahaan pada periode tahun 2023 yaitu sebesar 1,13 dengan prengkingan usulan alternatif 2 dengan tingkat produktivitas yaitu sebesar 1,98, besar perubahan produktivitas yaitu sebesar 0,85, dan indeks produktivitas yaitu sebesar 1,75 dimana perbaikan dilakukan mampu menaikkan kapasitas mesin olah dan teknologi produksi modern dengan meminimalisir tenaga manusia. So in this study the results of the total productivity level of the company in period (0) of 2021 were 1.56, the total productivity level of the company in the period 2022 was 1.63, and the total productivity level of the company in the period 2023 was 1, 13 with the ranking of alternative proposal 2 with a productivity level of 1.98, a large change in productivity of 0.85, and a productivity index of 1.75 where the improvements made are able to increase processing machine capacity and modern production technology by minimizing human labor.
