Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut efektifitas pengendalian persediaan alat kesehatan apakah sudah sesuai atau tidak pelaksanaan dan prosedur persediaan alat kesehatan pada PT Prima Alkesindo Nusantara Medan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan evaluative dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis penerapan Class-Bassed Costing dan Activity-Based Costing pada produk Alat Kesehatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 7 jenis alat Kesehatan. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode ABC Class-Bassed peneliti mengambil 1 (satu) produk yang akan menjadi sampel berdasarkan produk yang dijual per tahun, yaitu produk Single Blood Bag 350 ML dengan kontribusi 55,54%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan persediaan dengan metode EOQ dapat dijadikan sebagai pengendalian persediaan pada PT Prima Alkesindo Nusantara yang dapat mengoptimalkan pemesanan sebanyak 13.362 pcs setiap kali pesan. Dengan metode EOQ dapat menbantu perusahaan mempersiapkan persediaan pengaman (safety stock) sebanyak 381 pcs dan pemesanan kembali (Reorder Point) ketika persediaan barang sudah tinggal 889 pcs. Dengan metode EOQ perusahaan juga dapat menghemat biaya persediaan sebesar RP. 41.878.001, jadi hasil analisis pers The purpose of this study is to further investigate the effectiveness of inventory control in medical devices, specifically whether the implementation and procedures for inventory management at PT Prima Alkesindo Nusantara Medan are in accordance with standards. This research is descriptive and evaluative with a quantitative approach to analyze the application of Class- Based Costing and Activity-Based Costing on medical device products. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The sample in this study consists of 7 types of medical devices. The data were then analyzed using the ABC Class-Based method, and the researcher selected one product as a sample based on the annual sales, namely the Single Blood Bag 350 ML, which contributes 54.01%. The results of the study indicate that inventory calculations using the EOQ method can serve as inventory control at PT Prima Alkesindo Nusantara, optimizing orders of 13,362 units per order. The EOQ method also helps the company prepare safety stock of 381 units and reorder when the inventory level reaches 889 units. Moreover, using the EOQ method, the company can save inventory costs amounting to IDR 41,878,001. Therefore, the inventory analysis shows that using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method results in more efficient inventory management. |
