dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis. Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Employee Engagement Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. populasi karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Medan pada Tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 770 karyawan. Dengan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan rumus solvin berjumlah 89 responden penelitian ini adalah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Dengan hasil penelitian. (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (6.834) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.987). (X2) Employee Engagement berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,001) < 0,05 dan t-hitung (3.520) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.987) (3) bahwa (Kepemimpinan Transformasional, dan Employee Engagement) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dapat di liat F-hitung > F-tabel dan tingkat signifikansinya (0,000) < 0,05 This study aims to test and analyze. The Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at Pt. The research method used in this research is quantitative with an associative approach. the population of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Medan in 2023 which amounted to 770 employees. With a research sample using the Solvin formula totaling 89 respondents this study is. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. With the results of the study. (1) Transformational Leadership Style, has a significant effect on Employee Performance, this can be seen from the significant value (0.000) <0.05 and t-count (6.834)> compared to t-table (1.987). (X2) Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen from the significant value (0.001) < 0.05 and the t-count (3.520)> compared to the t-table (1.987) (3) that (Transformational Leadership, and Employee Engagement) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance can be seen F-count> F-table and the significance level (0.000) < 0.05.en_US
