Workload is a job demand when receiving a request for an order or demand that will produce a form and level of performance. The problems that cause mental workload are additional working hours (overtime), poor social relations between employees in other divisions and Production Operators, and relatively cold temperatures in the production operator environment. This study aims to determine the minimum and maximum mental workload and to identify mental workload using the Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (Nasa TLX) and the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method. In this study, subjective measurements were carried out using the NASA-TLX method on employees. There are six indicators that will be compared and given a rating. Then, the analysis of factors that cause high mental load using the NASATLX and CVL methods. Based on the calculation results using the NASA TLX method, it was obtained that out of 24 employees who experienced mental workload, there were 6 workers who experienced high mental workload and physical workload calculations using the CVL percentage and the results of NASA TLX questionnaire data processing, there were 6 workers who experienced mental workload and quite high physical workload. Indicators that affect the 6 workers include the amount of work experienced by workers, external body factors, and internal body factors by the workers themselves.en_US
