dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara self efficacy dan locus of control terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Negeri 060973 Medan Selayang secara parsial. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian asosiasif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru pada SD Negeri 060973 Medan Selayang yang berjumlah 62 orang guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 45 orang guru yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik convinience sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5 yang disebarkan melalui google form kepada guru SD Negeri 060973 Medan Selayang melalui kepala sekolah. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan software Smarth PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara self efficacy dan locus of control terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru pada literatur sebelumnya dengan objek penelitian pada SD Negeri 060973 Medan Selayang. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and locus of control on teacher performance at SDN 060973 Medan Selayang partially. This study uses a quantitative approach, with an associative research type used to analyze the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were teachers at SDN 060973 Medan Selayang totaling 62 teachers, with a sample of 45 teachers selected using the convenience sampling technique. The data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 distributed via Google Form to teachers at SDN 060973 Medan Selayang through the principal. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using SEM-PLS with Smarth PLS software version 3.0. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect between self-efficacy and locus of control on teacher performance both partially. This study contributes to enriching the factors that influence teacher performance in previous literature with the object of research at SDN 060973 Medan Selayang. | en_US |
