Abstract: ketersediaan kedelai sebagai bahan baku industri harus senantiasa memenuhi kapasitas pengelolaan, tingginya permintaan konsumen terhadap bahan baku kedelai akan berdampak pada keterbatasan proses produksi tempe yang dihasilkan akan terbatas. The availability of soybeans as industrial raw materials must always meet management capacity, the high consumer demand for soybean raw materials will have an impact on the limitations of the tempeh production process which will be limited.
