Pengaruh Intensitas R&D dan Profitabilitas terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility pada Perusahaan Sektor Manufaktur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intensitas R&D dan profitabilitas terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada perusahaan R&D Sektor Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017- 2023. Sampel pada penelitain ini adalah beberapa perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2023 sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan yaitu INTP, SMGR, TOTO, ISSP, JPFA, MAIN, SPMA, ASII, CAMP, ICBP, INDF, MLBI, GGRM, WIIM, KAEF, SIDO, INVR dan CINT. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah intensitas R&D dan profitabilitas, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah CSR. Analisis data dilakuakn dengan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas R & D berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CSR perusahan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CSR perusahan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Intensitas R & D dan profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CSR perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengaruh (determinasi) intensitas R & D dan profitabilitas secara keseluruhan terhadap CSR sebesar 21,50 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa CSR juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel intensitas CSR dan profitabiltasi, dimana pengaruh tersebut tergolong besar yaitu 78,5 %. The sample in this study were several manufacturing sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2023 according to the predetermined criteria, namely INTP, SMGR, TOTO, ISSP, JPFA, MAIN, SPMA, ASII, CAMP, ICBP, INDF, MLBI, GGRM, WIIM, KAEF, SIDO, INVR and CINT. The independent variables in this study are R&D intensity and profitability, while the dependent variable is CSR. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that R&D intensity had a positive and significant effect on CSR in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability had a positive and significant effect on CSR in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. R & D intensity and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on CSR of manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The influence (determination) of R & D intensity and profitability as a whole on CSR is 21.50%. This shows that CSR is also influenced by other factors outside the CSR intensity and profitability variables, where the influence is relatively large, namely 78.5%.
