dc.description.abstract | Strategi Komunikasi pemasaran untuk menarik minat konsumen, karena pada umumnya untuk menarik minat konsumen diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dari segi produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran apa yang digunakan oleh bengkel Rizqya Auto Service untuk menarik minat konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengambilan datanya melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada 4 strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh bengkel Rizqya Auto Service yaitu Produk atau Pelayanan yang jujur dan berkualitas, harga yang sangat terjangkau untuk kalangan menengah ke atas dan menengah ke bawah, cara promosinya melalui mulut ke mulut dan Instagram, memiliki tempat yang mudah dijangkau dan sangat strategis. Marketing communication strategies aimed to attract consumer interest, because in general, to attract consumer interest, appropriate marketing strategies are needed in terms of product, price, promotion, and location. This research aimed to find out what marketing strategies were used by Rizqya Auto Service workshop to attract consumer interest. This research used descriptive qualitative method, and the data collection techniques were interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research showed that there were four marketing strategies used by Rizqya Auto Service workshop, namely honest and quality products or services, very affordable prices for the upper-middle and lower-middle classes, promotion through word of mouth and Instagram, and a place that was easily accessible and very strategic. | en_US |
