Abstract: Dalam era digitalisasi, teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) semakin dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di berbagai sektor, termasuk industri kelistrikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem kontrol jarak jauh berbasis IoT pada panel motor starter Direct Online (DOL). Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai pengontrol utama, yang memungkinkan pengendalian dan pemantauan motor listrik secara real-time melalui aplikasi berbasis web atau seluler. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental, meliputi perancangan perangkat keras, pemrograman mikrokontroler, dan pengujian sistem dalam skala laboratorium. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki latensi rata-rata 1,5 detik untuk eksekusi perintah start dan stop motor, dengan tingkat keberhasilan kontrol sebesar 100%. Selain itu, sistem monitoring berbasis PZEM-004T berhasil mencatat parameter operasional seperti arus, tegangan, dan daya dengan akurasi tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa sistem kontrol dan monitoring berbasis IoT yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan fleksibilitas, efisiensi, dan keamanan dalam pengoperasian motor listrik DOL. Sistem ini memberikan solusi praktis untuk mengurangi downtime, meningkatkan pengawasan operasional, dan memungkinkan integrasi data untuk analisis lebih lanjut. In the digital era, Internet of Things (IoT) technology is increasingly being utilized to improve operational efficiency in various sectors, including the electricity industry. This study aims to design and implement an IoT-based remote control system on a Direct Online (DOL) motor starter panel. This system is designed using a NodeMCU ESP8266 as the main controller, which enables real-time control and monitoring of electric motors through web-based or mobile applications. This research was conducted using an experimental method, including hardware design, microcontroller programming, and laboratory-scale system testing. The test results show that the system has an average latency of 1.5 seconds for executing motor start and stop commands, with a control success rate of 100%. In addition, the PZEM-004T-based monitoring system successfully recorded operational parameters such as current, voltage, and power with high accuracy. The conclusion of this study is that the developed IoT-based control and monitoring system is able to improve flexibility, efficiency, and safety in the operation of DOL electric motors. This system provides a practical solution to reduce downtime, improve operational oversight, and enable data integration for further analysis.
