dc.description.abstract | Perkembangan usaha kuliner terus mengalami perkembangan dan pelaku usaha kuliner dituntut memiliki ide dan inovasi baru untuk mempersiapkan produknya tetap diminati konsumen. Di samping itu pelaku usaha kuliner harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan informasi berupa jaringan internet sebagai media online untuk memasarkan produknya yang dikenal dengan sebutan electronic commerce atau e-commerce. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh inovasi produk dan e-commerce terhadap pendapatan pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah adalah pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner yang sudah menerapkan aplikasi e-commerce dalam memasarkan produk kulinernya sebanyak 36 orang dan seluruhnya menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara parsial antara inovasi produk dan e-commerce terhadap pendapatan pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Ada pengaruh secara simultan antara inovasi produk dan e-commerce terhadap pendapatan pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Disarankan agar pelaku UMKM mengikuti perkembangan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk berjualan secara online guna menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen penikmat kuliner. Agar pelaku UMKM menggunakan smartphone atau handphone yang memiliki kualitas baik sebagai sarana untuk mengaplikasikan e-commerce. The development of culinary businesses continues to develop and culinary business actors are required to have new ideas and innovations to prepare their products to remain in demand by consumers. In addition, culinary business actors must follow the development of technology and information in the form of internet networks as an online media to market their products known as electronic commerce or e-commerce. This study examines the effect of product innovation and e-commerce on the income of culinary sector MSME actors in Tuntungan District, Medan. This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. The research population is culinary sector MSME actors who have implemented e-commerce applications in marketing their culinary products as many as 36 people and all of them are research samples. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and previously a classical assumption test was carried out. The results of the study showed that there was a partial influence between product innovation and e-commerce on the income of culinary sector MSME actors in Tuntungan District, Medan. There is a simultaneous influence between product innovation and e-commerce on the income of culinary sector MSME actors in Tuntungan District, Medan. It is recommended that MSME actors follow the development of social media as a means of selling online in order to reach more culinary consumers. So that UMKM players use smartphones or mobile phones that have good quality as a means to apply e-commerce. | en_US |
