dc.description.abstractPemilihan karyawan terbaik di PT. SAS sering menghadapi masalah subjektivitas yang dapat menyebabkan bias dalam keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk membantu proses seleksi yang lebih objektif dan terukur. AHP digunakan untuk membandingkan kriteria seperti kemampuan teknis, kepemimpinan, dan kerjasama tim, dengan menentukan bobot tiap kriteria melalui perbandingan berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih akurat dan objektif. SPK berbasis AHP juga meningkatkan efisiensi penilaian dan mengurangi bias dalam pengambilan keputusan, sehingga dapat mendukung pengembangan karir karyawan dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan The selection of the best employees at PT. SAS often faces the problem of subjectivity that can cause bias in decisions. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to help the selection process be more objective and measurable. AHP is used to compare criteria such as technical ability, leadership, and teamwork, by determining the weight of each criterion through pairwise comparisons. The results show that this system is able to produce more accurate and objective decisions. AHP-based DSS also improves assessment efficiency and reduces bias in decision-making, thereby supporting employee career development and improving company performance.en_US
