dc.description.abstractSkincare menjadi produk penting untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit. Beragam produk seperti krim, serum, toner, dan lainnya. Digunakan untuk merawat, melindungi, dan memperbaiki kondisi kulit. Dengan banyaknya pilihan di pasar, memilih produk yang tepat menjadi tantangan, terutama jenis kulit, harga, dan merek. Penelitian ini berbasis metode SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) untuk membantu pengguna memilih produk skincare sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem ini memberi bobot pada setiap kriteria untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi yang objektif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara di Ishop Medan, kemudian dianalisis dan diimplementasikan dalam sistem berbasis web. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memberikan rekomendasi yang relevan, dengan metode SMART terbukti efektif dalam meranking produk. Labore Physical Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA++++ memperoleh skor tertinggi (4.55), menjadikannya pilihan terbaik. Ginza UV Shield Sunscreen Gel SPF PA+++ (4.1) dan YOU Sunbrella Triple UV Elixir SPF 50+ PA++++ (3.95) juga masuk kategori terbaik. Voynoon Oh!My Mooth Sun Stick SPF 50+ PA+++ (2.4) dan Amaterasun UV Skin Tint SPF35++++ (2.5) memiliki skor terendah karena keterbatasan bahan, tekstur, atau kesadaran merek. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat membantu konsumen dalam memilih produk skincare, dengan potensi pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan personalisasi rekomendasi. Skincare has become an essential product for maintaining skin health. Various products such as creams, serums, toners, and more. Are used to treat, protect and improve skin condition. With numerous choices un the market, especially skin type, price, and brand. This research is based on the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method to assist users in selecting skincare products according to their needs. The system assigned weight to each criterion to generate objective recommendations. Data collection was conducted through interviews at Ishop Medan, then analyzed and implemented in a web-based system. The results show that this system provides relevant recommendations, with the SMART method proven effective in ranking products. Labore Physical Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA++++ received the highest score (4.55), making it the best choice. Ginza UV Shield Sunscreen Gel SPF PA+++ (4.1) and YOU Sunbrella Triple UV Elixir SPF 50+ PA++++ (3.95) were also in the best category. Voynoon Oh!
