Abstract: Periode remaja adalah fase sensitif di mana individu sering mengalami stres akibat perubahan fisik, hormonal, sosial, dan psikologis. Stres ini sering kali dipicu oleh tekanan akademis, ekspektasi orang tua, dan hubungan dengan teman sebaya, yang dapat menurunkan subjective well-being dan meningkatkan risiko kecemasan serta depresi. Kebersyukuran dapat berfungsi sebagai strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan subjective well-being, karena kebersyukuran mencerminkan tingkat kesejahteraan individu. Keduanya juga terkait dengan self-esteem, yang mempengaruhi bagaimana individu memandang diri sendiri, berinteraksi dengan orang lain, dan mengatasi tantangan hidup.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran mediasi self-esteem pada pengaruh kebersyukuran terhadap subjective wellbeing siswa SMKN 1 Setia Janji. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik total samplingyang melibatkan 434 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan kebersyukuran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap subjective well-being dengan nilai koefisien 0,189, p-Values = 0,000 < 0,05., kebersyukuran berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap selfesteem dengan nilai koefisien 0,159 dan p-Values = 0,016 < 0,05., Self-esteem berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap subjective well-being dengan nilai 0,303 dan nilai p-Values = 0,000 < 0,05. Peran self-esteem menjadi mediator terbukti signifikan dengan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 2,327 > 1,96 dan P-Values sebesar 0,020 < 0,05. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kebersyukuran tidak hanya meningkatkan subjective well-being tetapi juga memperkuat self-esteem. Dengan mengembangkan kebersyukuran, Adolescence is a sensitive period during which individuals often experience stress due to physical, hormonal, social and psychological changes. This stress is often triggered by academic pressures, parental expectations and peer relationships, which can reduce subjective well-being and increase the risk of anxiety and depression. Gratitude can serve as an effective strategy to improve subjective well-being, as it reflects an individual's level of happiness. Both are also related to self-esteem, which influences how individuals perceive themselves, interact with others, and cope with life's challenges. This study aims to examine the mediating role of self-esteem on the effect of gratitude on subjective well-being among students of SMKN 1 Setia Janji. The research method is quantitative with a total sample size of 434 students. The data were analysed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using Smart PLS 4.0 program. The results revealed that gratitude has a positive and significant effect on subjective well-being with a coefficient value of 0.189, p-values = 0.000 <0.05, gratitude has a positive and significant effect on self-esteem with a coefficient value of 0.159 and p-values = 0.016 <0.05, self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on subjective wellbeing with a value of 0.303 and p-values = 0.000 <0.05. The role of self-esteem as a mediator is shown to be significant with a T-statistic of 2.327 > 1.96 and Pvalues of 0.020 < 0.05. This finding suggests that gratitude not only improves subjective well-being, but also strengthens self-esteem. By developing gratitude, adolescents feel more valuable and better able to cope with life's challenges.
