dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pemberian gaji dan bonus terhadap etos kerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan dengan total 76 responden. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan sumber data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah uji regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kepuasan pemberian gaji mempengaruhi secara signifikan etos kerja karyawan, dan varibel bonus mempengaruhi secara signifikan etos karja karyawan, serta Variabel kepuasan pemberian gaji dan bonus secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan, dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of satisfaction [giving salaries and bonuses on the work ethic of employees of PT. Nusantara IV Medan Plantation. The type of research used by researchers in this study is the associative type. The sample used is the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan with a total of 76 respondents. In this study, researchers used primary data sources. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that salary satisfaction significantly affects employee work ethic, and the bonus variable significantly affects employee work ethic, as well as the satisfaction variable of salary and bonus together has a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan, thus the proposed hypothesis is proven. | en_US |
