Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah Ada Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Personil Satuan Reserse Kriminal Di Kepolisian Resort Kota Besar Medan. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of quality of work life and organizational commitment on the performance of criminal investigation unit personnel at the Medan City Police Resort. The proposed hypothesis is that quality of work life and organizational commitment influence the performance of criminal investigation unit personnel at the Medan City Police Resort. |
