Pemilihan Supplier Produk Kayu pada UD Pariama dengan Menggunakan Metode Analytic Network Process (Anp)

Abstract

Kekayaan hutan Indonesia menjadikan negara ini sebagai salah satu produsen kayu utama dengan kualitas kayu yang tahan lama dan banyak diminati untuk konstruksi, furnitur, serta berbagai industri lainnya. UD Pariama, sebuah industri material bangunan berbasis kayu yang berlokasi di Pematang Siantar, menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam proses produksi akibat masalah pada Supplier bahan baku, seperti kualitas bahan yang tidak konsisten, perbedaan harga dari masing-masing Supplier, serta keterlambatan pengiriman akibat jarak yang jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan Supplier terbaik dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP), yang mempertimbangkan kriteria biaya, kualitas, dan waktu pengiriman. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang diisi oleh pemilik usaha untuk menilai bobot kepentingan setiap kriteria dan subkriteria. Hasil analisis ANP menunjukkan bahwa kualitas bahan baku memiliki bobot tertinggi (0,637), diikuti oleh biaya (0,258) dan pengiriman (0,105). Dari hasil perhitungan prioritas, Supplier Jambi menempati posisi pertama dengan bobot 40,29%, diikuti Supplier Sibolga (36,58%) dan Supplier Padang (23,12%). Penelitian ini juga memberikan saran agar pengisian kuesioner dilakukan lebih teliti dan referensi terkait metode ANP dipilih secara selektif untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat di masa depan. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan metode ANP dapat membantu UD Pariama dalam memilih Supplier yang paling sesuai sehingga mengurangi risiko gangguan produksi dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengadaan bahan baku. This study aims to determine the best Supplier using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, which considers the criteria of cost, quality, and delivery time. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires filled out by business owners to assess the weight of importance of each criterion and sub-criteria. The results of the ANP analysis showed that raw material quality had the highest weight (0.637), followed by cost (0.258) and delivery (0.105). From the results of the priority calculation, Jambi Suppliers were in first place with a weight of 40.29%, followed by Sibolga Suppliers (36.58%) and Padang Suppliers (23.12%). This study also provides suggestions for filling out the questionnaire more carefully and references related to the ANP method are selected selectively to obtain more accurate results in the future. In conclusion, the use of the ANP method can help UD Pariama in choosing the most appropriate Supplier, thereby reducing the risk of production disruptions and increasing the efficiency of raw material procurement.
