| dc.description.abstract | UD.Abadi ini merupakan salah satu perusahaan industri dibidang manufaktur yang memproduksi minuman Sirup, UD.Abadi ini di dirikan pada tahun 2010 yang berlokasi di jl. Lintas Barus Sibolga, Desa Gabungan hasang Kec. Barus Kab. Tapanuli Tengah provinsi Sumatera Utara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku Gula Pasir pada perusahaan produksi Sirup Abadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan mengunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), yaitu sistem yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah persediaan bahan baku dan tepat waktu. Dengan cara ini, perusahaan bisa meminimumkan biaya penyimpanan dan biaya pemesanan. Kebutuhan bahan baku pada tahun 2024 sebesar 59.800 kilogram/tahun dilakukan perbaikan dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Dengan metode POQ kebutuhan bahan baku sebesar 4.983,33 kg/satu kali pesan, dan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 12 kali. Sementara itu, penerapan metode EOQ pada kebutuhan bahan baku gula pasir sebesar 2.531,23 kg/satu kali pesan dan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 23 kali. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode EOQ lebih efisien karena dapat menekan biaya penyimpanan maupun biaya pemesanan, sehingga selisih total biaya Rp. 2.929.772 di bandingkan kebijakan perusahaan sebelumnya. Maka dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) perusahaan dapat menjalankan perencanaan dan pengendaliaan persediaan bahan baku lebih efektif dan efisien. UD. Abadi is a manufacturing company that produces syrup drinks. UD. Abadi was founded in 2010 and is located on Jl. Lintas Barus Sibolga, Gabungan Hasang Village, Barus District, Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is to analyze and optimize the inventory control of granulated sugar raw materials at the Abadi Syrup production company. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach, using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, a system that aims to optimize the amount of raw material inventory and ensure timely delivery. In this way, the company can minimize storage and ordering costs. The raw material requirement in 2024, which is 59,800 kilograms/year, is improved using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. With the POQ method, the raw material requirement is 4,983.33 kg/order, with an ordering frequency of 12 times. Meanwhile, the application of the EOQ method to the raw material requirement for granulated sugar is 2,531.23 kg/order, with an ordering frequency of 23 times. These results indicate that the EOQ method is more efficient because it can reduce both storage and ordering costs, resulting in a total cost difference of Rp 2,929,772 compared to the company's previous policy. Therefore, by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, the company can plan and control raw material inventory more effectively and efficiently. | en_US |
