| dc.description.abstract | Industri keripik pisang di Desa Sentang merupakan salah satu sektor usaha mikro yang berpotensi mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Namun, proses produksi yang masih banyak dilakukan secara manual, terutama pada tahap pengirisan pisang, menyebabkan rendahnya efesiensi dan konsitensi hasil produksi. Pengunaan mesin pengiris pisang menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, tetapi dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan kendala seperti seringnya kerusakan mesin dan tidak tercapainya target produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), mengetahui perbandingan nilai OEE Mesin Pengiris Pisang dengan nilai OEE Internasional, untuk mengetahui besarnya masing-masing faktor yang terdapat pada Six Big Losses, dan mengetahui faktor yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan dari Mesin Pengiris Pisang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Overall Equipment Effectiviness (OEE) yaitu pengukuran efektivitas mesin atau peralatan dengan menghitung ketersediaan mesin (Availability), kinerja mesin (performance), tingkat kualiats produk mesin (quality rate), dan faktor Six Big Losses (enam kerugian). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai OEE dari Mesin Pengiris Pisang yaitu sebesar 79,22%, jika dibandingkan dengan nilai OEE internasional masih belum mancapai standar dimana nilai OEE internasional masih belum mencapai standar sebesar 85%. Besarnya faktor yang terdapat pada Six Big Losses yaitu nilai Equipment Failure Losses sebesar 11,58 %, nilai Setup and Adjusment Losses sebesar 9,83 %, nilai Idle and Minor Stoppage Losses sebesar 32,64 %, nilai Reduce Speed Losses sebesar 12,95 %, nilai Deffect Losses sebesar 0,78 %, dan nilai Reduce Yield sebesar 0%. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi rendahnya nilai OEE ini dikarenakan terjadinya Speed Losses yaitu faktor Idle and Minor Adjusment menyebabkan waktu yang tidak efektif sebesar 32,64% dan faktor Equipment Failure Losses menyebakan waktu yang tidak efektif sebesar 11,58%. Sehingga diperlukan perbaikan pada operator, mesin dan sistem perawatan untuk meningkatkan keefektivitasan mesin tersebut. The banana chip industry in Sentang Village is a micro-enterprise sector with the potential to drive economic growth. However, the production process is still largely manual, particularly the banana slicing stage, resulting in low efficiency and low production consistency. The use of a banana slicing machine is a solution to increase productivity, but in practice, obstacles such as frequent machine breakdowns and failure to achieve production targets remain. The objectives of this study were to determine the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value, compare the OEE value of the Banana Slicing Machine with the international OEE value, determine the magnitude of each factor included in the Six Big Losses, and identify priority factors for improvement in the Banana Slicing Machine. The method used was the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method, which measures machine or equipment effectiveness by calculating machine availability, machine performance, product quality rate, and the Six Big Losses factors. Based on the results of this study, the OEE value of the Banana Slicing Machine is obtained, when compared to the international OEE value of 79,22%, it still has not reached the standard where the international OEE value still has not reached the standard of 85%. The magnitude of the factors contained in the Six Big Losses is the Equipment Failure Losses value of 11.58%, the Setup and Adjustment Losses value of 9.83%, the Idle and Minor Stoppage Losses value of 32.64%, the Reduce Speed Losses value of 12.95%, the Defect Losses value of 0.78%, and the Reduce Yield value of 0%. The main factor that influences the low OEE value is due to the occurrence of Speed Losses, namely the Idle and Minor Adjustment factors causing ineffective time of 32.64% and the Equipment Failure Losses factor causing ineffective time of 11.58%. So improvements are needed in operators, machines and maintenance systems to increase the effectiveness of the machine. | en_US |
