Artinya semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi pula pengambilan keputusan karir. Sebaliknya semakin rendah efikasi diri maka semakin rendah pengambilan keputusan karir, maka hipotesis diterima. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on career decision-making in college students. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive influence of self-efficacy on career decision-making in college students. The study was conducted on 74 college students using purposive sampling. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collected through self-efficacy scales and career decision-making scales. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression. Results: there is a significant positive influence p = 0.000 <0.05 with a square value of R2 = 0.749. This means that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the career decision-making. Conversely, the lower the self-efficacy, the lower the career decision-making, so the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the contribution of x to y is 74.9%. From the results of the analysis, it is known that self-efficacy is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean of 80 with an empirical mean of 90.86. And career decision-making is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean of 87.5 with an empirical mean of 100.11. |
