| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komunikasi antarpribadi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja staff pada Bagian Kerja Sama Sekretariat Daerah Kota Medan, Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh staff pada Bagian Kerja Sama Sekretariat Daerah Kota Medan yang berjumlah 37 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian juga seluruh staff pada Bagian Kerja Sama Sekretariat Daerah Kota Medan yang berjumlah 37 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Asosiatif yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik regresi linier sederhana. Maka hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu komunikasi antarpribadi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja staff pada Bagian Kerja Sama Sekretariat Daerah Kota Medan. This study aims to determine whether interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on staff performance in the Cooperation Section of the Medan City Regional Secretariat. The population in this study was all staff in the Cooperation Section of the Medan City Regional Secretariat totaling 37 people. The sample in the study was also all staff in the Cooperation Section of the Medan City Regional Secretariat totaling 37 people. This type of research is Associative, namely research to determine the effect between independent variables on dependent variables, using simple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. So the results of the study obtained are that interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on staff performance in the Cooperation Section of the Medan City Regional Secretariat. | en_US |
