| dc.description.abstract | Pabrik Tahu Usaha Bersama adalah perusahaan yang berfokus pada industri tahu. Selama ini, perusahaan mengalami kesulitan dalam mengolah limbah cair tahu dengan efektif; bahkan, limbah yang dihasilkan hanya dibuang atau dialirkan ke selokan di area kerja perusahaan, yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengolah limbah tahu yang selama ini terabaikan sehingga dapat dijadikan produk bernilai ekonomi, yakni pupuk organik cair (POC). Oleh karena itu, pengolahan limbah diperlukan, salah satu caranya adalah dengan menerapkan metode Green Engineering. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode Green Engineering. Tahapan penyelesaian yang dilakukan melalui permasalahan yang sudah teridentifikasi adalah: Survei lapangan, identifikasi masalah, menentukan tujuan dan target, menyusun alternatif solusi, memilih alternatif solusi, mengimplementasikan alternatif solusi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sesuai dengan uji Laboratorium dilakukan bahwa hasil uji tersebut sesuai dengan Mentri Pertanian dimana nilai untuk unsur hara sesuai Mentri Pertanian untuk kandungan N (0,4%) P (0,1%), dan K (0,1%), dan hasil uji lab ada memenuhi syarat dan ada tidak memenuhi syarat pupuk organik cair yaitu Fosfor (P2O) dan Kalium (K2O), dan dapat dijelaskan bahwa unsur hara hasil fermentasi limbah cair tahu menggunakan EM4 memiliki kandungan unsur hara yang bagus untuk tanaman. Unsur-unsur yang terkandung tersebut dibutuhkan oleh tanaman, maka POC tersebut dapat dikatakan bermanfaat bagi tanaman. Usaha Bersama Tofu Factory is a company that focuses on the tofu industry. So far, the company has had difficulty in processing liquid tofu waste effectively; in fact, the waste produced is only disposed of or flowed into the gutter in the company's work area, which has the potential to pollute the environment. This study aims to process tofu waste that has been neglected so that it can be used as an economically valuable product, namely liquid organic fertilizer (POC). Therefore, waste processing is needed, one way is to apply the Green Engineering method. The data processing process is carried out by applying the Green Engineering method. The stages of resolution carried out through the identified problems are: Field survey, problem identification, determining goals and targets, compiling alternative solutions, choosing alternative solutions, implementing alternative solutions. It can be concluded that according to the Laboratory test carried out that the test results are in accordance with the Minister of Agriculture where the value for nutrients is in accordance with Minister of Agriculture For N content (0.4%) P (0.1%), and K (0.1%), and some lab test results meet the requirements and some do not meet the requirements for liquid organic fertilizer, namely Phosphorus (P2O) and Potassium (K2O), and it can be explained that the nutrients from the fermentation of liquid tofu waste using EM4 have good nutrient content for plants. The elements contained are needed by plants, so POC can be said to be beneficial for plants. | en_US |
