dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian persediaan dan perencanaan bahan baku di Rajin Djalan Coffee Space dengan menggunakan metode Analisis ABC dan Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Dalam konteks persaingan industri kuliner yang semakin kompetitif, perusahaan perlu merencanakan kebutuhan bahan baku secara efektif untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional. Masalah yang dihadapi termasuk ketidakjelasan dalam perencanaan, kesulitan manajemen, dan penggunaan aset yang tidak optimal. Dengan menerapkan analisis ABC dan MRP, perusahaan dapat mengidentifikasi prioritas bahan baku dan merencanakan kebutuhan secara lebih akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku secara efektif, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. This study aims to analyze inventory control and raw material planning at Rajin Djalan Coffee Space using the ABC Analysis and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) methods. In the context of increasingly competitive culinary industry, companies need to effectively plan their raw material requirements to ensure smooth operations. The issues faced include unclear planning, management difficulties, and suboptimal use of assets. By implementing ABC analysis and MRP, the company can identify raw material priorities and plan requirements more accurately. The results of the study indicate that the application of these methods can enhance operational efficiency and effectively meet raw material needs, contributing to improved company performance.en_US
