| Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis, pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap efikasi diri dan peran efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediator dalam pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang menyelesaikan skripsi dan terdata aktif pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025 dengan jumlah partisipan 280 orang yang dipilih melalui Qouta Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kesejahteraan psikologis, dukungan sosial, dan efikasi diri. Analisis menggunakan Teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan dengan Smart PLS. Hasil analisis data menemukan : (1) dukungan sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa mengerjakan skripsi dengan path koefisien sebesar 0,152, dan p sebesar 0,102.Size effect rendah sebesar 0,015: (2) ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa mengerjakan skripsi dengan path koefisien sebesar 0,516, dan p sebesar 0,000. (3) ada pengaruh dukungan social terhadap efikasi mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan skripsi dengan path koefisien sebesar 0,791 dengan psebesar 0,000. (4) ada peran efikasi diri sebagai psikologi mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan skripsi dengan path koefisien sebesar 0,408. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of social support on psychological well-being, the influence of self-efficacy on psychological well-being, the influence of social support on self-efficacy, and the role of self-efficacy as a mediating variable in the influence of social support on psychological well-being. This research was conducted on final-year students who were completing their theses and were actively registered in the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 280 participants selected thru quota sampling. Data collection was carried out using scales for psychological well-being, social support, and self-efficacy. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with Smart PLS. The data analysis results revealed: (1) social support did not have a significant effect on the psychological well-being of students writing their theses, with a path coefficient of 0.152 and p-value of 0.102. The effect size was low at 0.015; (2) self-efficacy had an effect on the psychological well-being of students writing their theses, with a path coefficient of 0.516 and p-value of 0.000; (3) social support had an effect on students' self-efficacy in writing their theses, with a path coefficient of 0.791 and p-value of 0.000; and (4) self-efficacy played a role in the psychological well-being of students writing their theses, with a path coefficient of 0.408. |
