Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan self- efficacy terhadap terhadap kreativitas guru PAUD di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi melalui SPSS. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1.377 guru TK di Kota Medan, dengan sampel sebanyak 310 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Dari data analisis regresi linear berganada menunjukkan nilai Y = 48,95 + 0,128 + 0,272 dapat dijelaskan bahwa Nilai koefisien variabel Dukungan Sosial menunjukkan sebesar 0,128 (< 0,05) maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap Kreativitas artinya Hipotesis (H1) diterima. Nilai koefisien variabel self Efficacy menunjukkan sebesar 0,272 (< 0,05)maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap Kreativitas artinya Hipotesis (H2) diterima. Nilai koefesien determinasi ( R-Square) sebesar 48,95 digunakan dalam prediksi dan melihat besarnya sumbangan pengaruh yang diberikan variabel independen secara simultan (bersama-sama) pada variabel terikat. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pertama, dukungan sosial secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kreativitas guru PAUD ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dari keluarga, teman, dan lingkungan sekitar berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kreativitas. Kedua, self efficacy secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kreativitas Ini menunjukkan bahwa keyakinan diri dan rasa percaya diri guru PAUD dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan zaman serta semangat dalam mengajar berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kreativitas guru PAUD. This study aims to determine the effect of social support and self-efficacy on the creativity of PAUD teachers in Medan City. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination through SPSS. The study population was 1,377 kindergarten teachers in Medan City, with a sample of 310 people determined using the Slovin formula. From the multiple linear regression analysis data, the value of Y = 48.95 + 0.128 + 0.272 can be explained that the coefficient value of the Social Support variable shows 0.128 (<0.05) so it is concluded that there is an influence of social support on Creativity, meaning Hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The coefficient value of the self- Efficacy variable shows 0.272 (<0.05) so it is concluded that there is an influence of social support on Creativity, meaning Hypothesis (H2) is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R-Square) value of 48,95 is used in prediction and to see the magnitude of the contribution of influence given by independent variables simultaneously (together) on the dependent variable. The following conclusions can be drawn: First, social support partially has a significant effect on the Creativity of PAUD teachers, this shows that social support from family, friends, and the surrounding environment plays an important role in increasing creativity. Second, self-efficacy partially has a significant effect on Creativity. This shows that the self-confidence and self-confidence of PAUD teachers in facing the challenges of changing times and enthusiasm in teaching play an important role in increasing the creativity of PAUD teachers.
