The development of the creative economy sector in Indonesia has made a significant contribution to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and created millions of job opportunities. Medan City, as one of the country’s economic growth centers, has also shown progress in this sector, dominated by millennials and Gen Z as its main workforce. These generations demand a comfortable, flexible work environment that supports productivity and work-life balance. However, various issues such as work stress and uncomfortable environments are still commonly found in conventional workplaces. In response, the Edu- Work Space concept is introduced as a solution that integrates educational and productive elements, equipped with facilities such as ergonomic work areas, relaxation spaces, green zones, and commercial support areas. The design of this Edu-Work Space adopts the principles of Tropical Architecture to create a work environment that harmonizes with the tropical climate and natural surroundings, thereby enhancing comfort and work efficiency. This building is expected to serve as a sustainable and adaptive workspace solution that meets the needs of today's workforce, particularly those involved in the creative industry sector.en_US
