dc.description.abstractPerancangan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah rancangan hunian Co-Living dengan tema Arsitektur Eco-Friendly di Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Penerapan konsep Co-Living dirancang sebagai solusi bagi kebutuhan hunian masyarakat urban dan pekerja industri yang membutuhkan tempat tinggal efisien, ekonomis, serta mendorong interaksi sosial antar penghuni. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui analisis kondisi tapak, kebutuhan pengguna, serta studi literatur mengenai penerapan konsep Co-Living dan prinsip Arsitektur Eco-Friendly. Prinsip Eco-Friendly diterapkan melalui penggunaan material ramah lingkungan, sistem pencahayaan dan ventilasi alami, serta pengelolaan air dan limbah yang berkelanjutan. Hasil dari perancangan ini berupa konsep hunian bersama yang menyeimbangkan kebutuhan privasi individu dengan ruang komunal yang mendorong kebersamaan dan efisiensi ruang. Kesimpulan dari perancangan ini adalah bahwa hunian Co-Living dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Eco-Friendly di Tanjung Morawa diharapkan mampu menciptakan lingkungan tempat tinggal yang sehat, efisien, dan berkelanjutan, serta dapat menjadi model pengembangan hunian ramah lingkungan di kawasan industri. This design aims to create a Co-Living housing concept with an Eco-Friendly Architecture theme in Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The Co-Living concept is designed as a solution to meet the housing needs of urban residents and industrial workers by providing efficient, affordable living spaces that encourage social interaction among residents. The design process applies a qualitative method through site analysis, user needs assessment, and literature studies on Co-Living concepts and Eco-Friendly Architecture principles. The Eco-Friendly approach is implemented through the use of sustainable materials, natural lighting and ventilation systems, and environmentally responsible water and waste management. The result of this project is a shared housing concept that balances individual privacy with communal spaces, promoting spatial efficiency and community bonding. The conclusion of this design is that Co-Living housing with an Eco-Friendly Architecture approach in Tanjung Morawa is expected to create a healthy, efficient, and sustainable living environment, serving as a model for environmentally friendly housing development in industrial areas.en_US
