| Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh pengawasan dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di MKSO PT. SGN Kebun Sei Semayang. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi lapangan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan wawancara, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Pengawasan (X1) nilai t hitung sebesar t hitung (2.017) > t tabel (1.683). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel pengawasan (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Budaya kerja nilai t hitung sebesar (4.376) > t tabel (1.683). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel budaya kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian adalah pengawasan (X1) dan budaya kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan MKSO PT. SGN Kebun Sei Semayang Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pada hasil uji penelitian yang dilakukan f hitung (56.327) > f tabel (3.23) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel bebas secara bersama sama terhadap variabel terikat. The purpose of this study is to analyze how supervision and work culture influence employee performance at MKSO PT. SGN Kebun Sei Semayang. This study uses field observations using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and interviews, this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are Supervision (X1) t count value of t count (2.017) > t table (1.683). So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the supervision variable (X1) on employee performance (Y). Work culture t count value of (4.376) > t table (1.683). So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the work culture variable (X2) on employee performance (Y). The conclusion in the study is that supervision (X1) and work culture (X2) influence the performance of MKSO PT. SGN Kebun Sei Semayang Deli Serdang Regency employees. Based on the results of the research test carried out, f count (56.327) > f table (3.23) it can be concluded that there is a joint influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. |
