| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis. pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja personil di Korem 022/PT yang berlokasi di Pematangsiantar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. populasi karyawan di Korem 022/PT di Pematangsiantar yang berjumlah 245 karyawan. Dengan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan purposive berjumlah 71 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan program IBM SPSS 30.0 untuk windows. Dengan hasil penelitian. (1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Personil Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,001) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (9.813) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.994). (X2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan te rhadap Kinerja Personil Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,004) < 0,05 dan t-hitung (2.939) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.994) (3) uji f simultan menunjukan f-hitung(199,744)> f-tabel(3.133)dengan tingkat signifikansinya (0,001) < 0,05 menunjukan bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas Disiplin kerja (x1), dan Lingkungan kerja (x2) secara serempak adalah signifikan terhadap Kinerja personil . This study aims to determine and analyze. The Effect of work discipline and work environment on personnel performance at Korem 022/PT in Pematang Siantar. The research method used in this research is quantitative with an associative approach. the population of employees at Korem 022/PT in Pematang Siantar.totaling 245 employees. With a research sample using purposive sampling totaling 71 respondents.Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression.With program IBM SPSS 30.0 for windows With the research results. (1) work discipline has a significant effect on personnel performance, this can be seen from the significant value (0.001) <0.05 and t-count (9.813)> compared to t-table (1,994). (X2) work environment has a significant effect on personnel Performance This can be seen from the significant value (0.004) < 0.05 and t-count (2.939) > compared to t-table (1,994) (3) The simultaneous f test shows that the calculated f (199.744) > f-table (3.133) with a significance level of (0.001) < 0.05 shows that the influence of the independent variables Work Discipline (x1) and Work Environment (x2) simultaneously is significant on personnel Performance. | en_US |
