This study aims to analyze the heating performance of a heater system using helium gas and air as heating media. The experiment was conducted by monitoring temperature changes at several measurement points: stove flame temperature (T1), helium temperature inside the heater (T2), bottom heater wall temperature (T3), and side heater wall temperature (T4), as well as the final pressure in the system (P2). The results showed that T1 increased rapidly at the beginning and then stabilized at a high temperature. T2 increased gradually but remained significantly lower than T1, indicating that heat transfer efficiency from the flame to helium needs improvement. T3 and T4 exhibited a gradual rise, suggesting that heat was not only accumulated at the bottom of the heater but also distributed to the sides. The final system pressure (P2) increased progressively before stabilizing over time. These findings indicate a correlation between temperature increase and pressure changes in the system. To improve heating efficiency, heater design optimization, enhanced thermal insulation, and better gas flow management are required. | en_US |
