Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, dan Asset Growth Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Transportasi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2022. Berdasarkan hipotesis penelitian yang telah ditentukan diketahui bahwa Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, Dan Asset Growth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 34 perusahaan sektor transportasi dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 13 perusahaan dalam kurun waktu 4 tahun dengan jumlah data sebanyak 52 data. Teknik pengolahan dana menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial earning per share berpengaruh positif siginfikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun debt equity ratio berpengaruh negatif siginfikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan total aset turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Asset Growth on Company Value in Transportation Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 Period. Based on the research hypothesis that has been determined that Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Asset Growth have a positive and significant effect on Company Value. The type of quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population is 34 transportation sector companies with a purposive sampling technique of 13 companies over a period of 4 years with a total of 52 data. The fund processing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that partially earnings per share has a significant positive effect on company value, but the debt equity ratio has a significant negative effect on company value and total asset turnover does not affect company value.
