Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Dan Kompleksitas Tugas Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Perusahaan Terbatas Dayaguna Maritim

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi dan kompleksitas tugas terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Dayaguna Maritim Cargotama Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, data primer diperoleh dari jawaban terhadap serangkaian pernyataan dalam bentuk kuesioner kepada pelaku pajak yang berjumlah 50 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode slovin yang berada pegawai PT. Dayaguna Maritim Cargotama Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Kompleksitas tugas berpengaruh secara secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara simultan bahwa antara sistem informasi akuntansi dan kompleksitas tugas terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Dayaguna Maritim Cargotama Medan This study aims to determine the effect of the application of accounting information systems and task complexity on employee performance at PT.
