This study aims to determine cash flow, sales growth, operating capacity on financial distress in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2022. The type of research used is quantitative which is associative causal. The population of this study is all transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2022. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method and there were 23 companies that met the criteria so that the observation data amounted to 69. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the cash flow t-test, the significant value is 0.008 <0.05 and the calculated t-value <t-table is -3751 <1.996, which means that cash flow has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, sales growth shows a significant value of 0.007 <0.05 and the calculated t-value <t-table is -4.165 <1.996, which means that sales growth has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, operating capacity shows a significant value of 0.010 <0.05 and the calculated t-value <t-table is -3.132 <1.996, which means that operating capacity has a negative effect on financial distress. Based on the results of the f-test, cash flow, sales growth, and operating capacity simultaneously have a significant value of 0.011 <0.05, which means that cash flow, sales growth, and operating capacity have a positive and significant effect on financial distress.
