Pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio, Price To Earning Ratio, Dan Dividend Payout Ratio Terhadap Price Book Value Perusahaan Subsektor Hotel, Restoran, dan Pariwisata Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Pada Periode (2019-2022)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara Debt To Equity Ratio, Price Earning to Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio terhadap Price Book Value pada Perusahaan Jasa Subsektor Hotel, Restoran, dan Pariwisata di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019-2022. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif, populasi penelitian sebanyak 28 perusahaan dan sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan dengan metode yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. jenis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Dan sumber data yang diambil berupa sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini studi dokumentasi yang berupa data laporan keuangan yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis data panel dengan menggunakan Software Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio, secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price Book Value dan Price to Earning Ratio berpengaruh secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price Book Value dan Dividend Payout Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price Book Value. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between Debt To Equity Ratio, Price Earning to Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio to Price Book Value in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Subsector Service Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2022 period. The approach used in this study is an Associative approach, the study population is 28 companies and a sample of 10 companies with the method used is the purposive sampling method. The type of data used is quantitative. And the source of the data taken is secondary. The data collection technique used in this study is a documentation study in the form of financial statement data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data analysis using Eviews 10 Software.. The results of the study stated that the Debt to Equity Ratio, partially had a positive and significant effect on Price Book Value and Price to Earning Ratio had a partial effect had a positive and significant effect on Price Book Value and the Dividend Payout Ratio partially had a positive and significant effect on Price Book Value.
