dc.description.abstractPerkembangan teknologi digital mendorong meningkatnya penggunaan aplikasi ecommerce, termasuk Lazada sebagai salah satu platform belanja daring yang populer di Indonesia. Namun, dalam praktiknya pengguna masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan terkait kemudahan penggunaan, seperti kesulitan menemukan fitur pencarian dan navigasi kategori yang kurang intuitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat usability aplikasi Lazada menggunakan metode usability testing berbasis eye tracking dengan mengacu pada standar ISO 9241-11, yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 16 responden berusia 17–50 tahun dengan menggunakan perangkat Gazerecorder untuk merekam perhatian visual pengguna serta kuesioner System Usability Scale untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas aplikasi tergolong rendah dengan rata-rata keberhasilan task sebesar 50%. Tingkat efisiensi juga masih rendah, ditunjukkan oleh nilai Overall Relative Efficiency rata-rata sebesar 47,72%, yang menandakan pengguna memerlukan waktu relatif lama dalam menyelesaikan task. Sementara itu, skor kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan SUS memperoleh nilai rata-rata 35,63 dan berada pada kategori OK. Analisis eye tracking melalui heatmap dan area of interest menunjukkan bahwa beberapa elemen antarmuka kurang menarik perhatian serta sulit ditemukan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan antarmuka aplikasi Lazada guna meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pengguna secara menyeluruh pada konteks penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce di Indonesia modern. The development of digital technology has driven the increasing use of e-commerce applications, including Lazada as one of the most popular online shopping platforms in Indonesia. However, in practice, users still face various usabilityrelated issues, such as difficulty in finding the search feature, less intuitive category navigation, and limited shipping service options. This study aims to analyze the usability level of the Lazada application using usability testing based on the eye tracking method, referring to the ISO 9241-11 standard, which includes effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The study involved 16 respondents aged 17–50 years and utilized the Gazerecorder device to record users’ visual attention, along with the System Usability Scale questionnaire to measure satisfaction levels. The results indicate that the effectiveness level of the application is relatively low, with an average task success rate of 50%. The efficiency level is also low, as reflected by an average Overall Relative Efficiency value of 47,72%, indicating that users require relatively longer time to complete tasks. Meanwhile, the average user satisfaction score based on the SUS is 35,63, which falls into the OK category. Eye tracking analysis through heatmaps and areas of interest shows that several interface elements fail to attract users’ attention and are difficult to locate. Based on these findings, this study recommends improvements to the Lazada application interface to enhance overall user experience within the context of ecommerce application usage in modern Indonesia.en_US
