| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Digitalisasi dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi pegawai KSU Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Medan pada Tahun 2025 yang berjumlah 218 pegawai. Dengan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan rumus solvin berjumlah 69 responden. penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Dengan hasil penelitian. (1) Penerapan Sistem Digitalisasi, berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (5.115) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.997). (X2) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,001) < 0,05 dan t-hitung (3.495) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.997) (3) bahwa (Penerapan Sistem Digitalisasi, dan Budaya Organisasi) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dapat di liat F-hitung > F-tabel dan tingkat signifikansinya (0,000) < 0,05. This study aims to test and analyze The effect of the implementation of a digitization system and organizational culture on employee performance at the Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Medan. The research method used in this study was quantitative with an associative approach. The population consisted of 218 employees of the Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Medan in 2025. The sample size was 69 respondents, calculated using the Solvin formula. This study used multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that (1) The implementation of a digitalization system has a significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) < 0.05 and the t-count (5.115) > compared to the t-table (1.997). (X2) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen from the significant value (0.001) < 0.05 and t-count (3.495) > compared to t-table (1.997). (3) that (Digitalization System Implementation and Organizational Culture) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance can be seen from the calculated F > table F and the significance level (0.000) < 0.05. | en_US |
