| Abstract: | Indonesia merupakan wilayah dengan tingkat aktivitas seismik yang tinggi, sehingga bangunan dengan fungsi vital seperti rumah sakit harus memiliki kinerja seismik yang andal agar tetap dapat beroperasi setelah terjadi gempa. Gedung Onkologi sebagai rumah sakit rujukan nasional memiliki peran strategis dalam pelayanan kesehatan, sehingga evaluasi kinerja seismik strukturnya menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja seismik struktur Gedung Onkologi terhadap beban gempa menggunakan metode analisis statik nonlinier pushover. Pemodelan struktur dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak ETABS berdasarkan gambar dan data struktur eksisting. Pembebanan yang diterapkan meliputi beban mati, beban hidup, dan beban gempa yang mengacu pada SNI 1726:2019 dan SNI 1727:2020. Evaluasi kinerja seismik dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman ATC-40 dengan meninjau kurva kapasitas, nilai base shear, roof displacement, story displacement, story drift, story drift ratio, serta pola pembentukan sendi plastis pada elemen struktur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas gaya geser dasar maksimum yang dapat ditahan struktur sebesar 25096,56 kN pada arah X dengan simpangan puncak 0,157507 m, sedangkan pada arah Y sebesar 15494,58 kN dengan simpangan 0,116117 m. Nilai displacement maksimum terjadi pada lantai atas dengan nilai 157,742 mm pada arah X dan 116,544 mm pada arah Y. Sementara itu, nilai story drift maksimum sebesar 6,853 mm pada arah X dan 4,064 mm pada arah Y. Nilai drift ratio maksimum yang diperoleh adalah 0,376% pada arah X dan 0,344% pada arah Y, yang masih berada di bawah batas 1% sesuai kriteria ATC-40. Distribusi sendi plastis menunjukkan mekanisme keruntuhan yang terkendali dan simpangan antar lantai tidak melampaui batas yang ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut, tingkat kinerja struktur Gedung Onkologi berada pada kategori Immediate Occupancy (IO) yang menunjukkan bahwa struktur masih berada dalam kondisi aman dan dapat tetap digunakan setelah mengalami pembebanan gempa dengan kerusakan pada elemen struktur yang relatif kecil. Indonesia is a region with a high level of seismic activity; therefore, buildings with vital functions such as hospitals must have reliable seismic performance so that they can continue operating after an earthquake occurs. The Oncology Building of, as a national referral hospital, plays a strategic role in health services, making the evaluation of its structural seismic performance very important. This study aims to evaluate the seismic performance of the Oncology Building structure under earthquake loads using the nonlinear static pushover analysis method. The structural modeling was carried out using ETABS software based on the existing structural drawings and data. The applied loads include dead loads, live loads, and earthquake loads referring to SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 1727:2020. The seismic performance evaluation was conducted based on the ATC-40 guidelines by reviewing the capacity curve, base shear value, roof displacement, story displacement, story drift, story drift ratio, and the pattern of plastic hinge formation in structural elements. The analysis results show that the maximum base shear capacity that can be resisted by the structure is 25096.56 kN in the X direction with a roof displacement of 0.157507 m, while in the Y direction it is 15494.58 kN with a displacement of 0.116117 m. The maximum displacement occurs at the top floor with a value of 157.742 mm in the X direction and 116.544 mm in the Y direction. Meanwhile, the maximum story drift is 6.853 mm in the X direction and 4.064 mm in the Y direction. The maximum drift ratio obtained is 0.376% in the X direction and 0.344% in the Y direction, which are still below the 1% limit according to the ATC-40 criteria. The distribution of plastic hinges indicates a controlled failure mechanism, and the inter-story displacement does not exceed the specified limit. Based on these evaluation results, the structural performance level of the Oncology Building is in the Immediate Occupancy (IO) category, indicating that the structure remains in a safe condition and can still be used after experiencing earthquake loading with relatively minor damage to structural elements. |
