| Abstract: | Perkembangan industri manufaktur menuntut setiap perusahaan untuk menjaga kontinuitas proses produksi secara optimal guna memenuhi target produksi, kualitas, dan efisiensi biaya. Salah satu faktor kunci yang memengaruhi keberlangsungan proses produksi adalah keandalan mesin dan peralatan produksi. Mesin merupakan hal yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas. Cara dalam menghadapi masalah ini yaitu dengan meningkatkan keandalan mesin dengan melakukan Tindakan PM (preventif Maintenance). Tujuan dari penenelitian ini yaitu untuk menentukan apasaja yang menjadi faktor penyebab kerusakan mesin Sterilizer, menentukan jadwal preventif Maintenance dan menjadwalkan tindakan pemeliharaan dalam aplikasi sederhana. Tujuan tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) dengan menggunakan data mesin yang memiliki tingkat kerusakan mesin paling tinggi yaitu mesin Sterilizer 2 yaitu dengan total kerusakan 14 kali kerusakan dalam periode Januari-Juni 2025. Maka dianalisis tiap komponen dalam Sterilizer tersebut untuk dilakukan sebagai landasan untuk tindakan PM (preventif Maintenance). Terdapat 4 komponen yang memiliki nilai RPN>150 yaitu Centilever, Spreader, Inlet, dan compressor. Dalam menentukan keandalan ketika mesin mencapai penurunan keandalan dari 100% hingga 70% maka akan dilakukan tindakan preventif Maintenance. Maka berdasarkan analisa pengolahan data komponen Centilever dilakukan interval PM selama 897 jam (37 hari), Spreader 1.118 jam (47 hari), Inlet 1.045 jam (44 hari), dan compressor 1.785 jam (74 hari). Dari jadwal preventif yang dihasilkan data tersebut di input kedalam aplikasi sederhana untuk menjadwalkan tindakan pemeliharaan selanjutnya. The development of the manufacturing industry requires every company to maintain optimal continuity of production processes to meet production targets, quality, and cost efficiency. One of the key factors that influence the continuity of the production process is the reliability of machines and production equipment. Machines are things that can affect productivity. One way to deal with this problem is to improve machine reliability by performing PM (Preventive Maintenance) actions. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors cause damage to the Sterilizer machine, determine a Preventive Maintenance schedule and schedule Maintenance actions in a simple application. These objectives are analyzed using the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) method using data from the machine that has the highest level of machine damage, namely Sterilizer machine 2, with a total of 14 damages in the period January-June 2025. Then, each component in the Sterilizer is analyzed to be carried out as a basis for PM (Preventive Maintenance) actions. There are 4 components that have an RPN value> 150, namely the Centilever, Spreader, Inlet, and compressor. In determining reliability when the machine reaches a decrease in reliability from 100% to 70%, Preventive Maintenance actions will be carried out. Based on the analysis of the Centilever component data processing, the PM interval was 897 hours (37 days), the Spreader 1,118 hours (47 days), the Inlet 1,045 hours (44 days), and the compressor 1,785 hours (74 days). The resulting Preventive schedule was then input into a simple application to schedule subsequent Maintenance actions. |
