This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on purchase decisions among Generation Z consumers at Sangrai Coffee Shop. This research is motivated by the increasing use of social media as a source of information in making purchase decisions, especially among Generation Z. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study consists of Generation Z consumers who have made purchases at Sangrai Coffee Shop, with a sample of 107 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results show that Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. This means that the better the e-WOM, the higher the consumers’ purchase decisions. The significance test result shows a value of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating that the hypothesis is accepted. In addition, the coefficient of determination of 0.467 (46.7%) indicates that e-WOM contributes 46.7% to purchase decisions, while the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other factors outside this study.
