Fobia Kucing (Felinophobia)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cat phobia (Felinophobia). This study uses qualitative research because with this method we can understand a picture as the subject of experience so as to obtain a picture that suits the subject. This study uses in-depth interviews as a method of data retrieval. Subjects in this study amounted to two people who have the characteristics as a person who has a phobia of cats and female. The results showed that the cause of the emergence of a phobia to cats include: foot had been once clawed by a cat, ever made surprised by a cat at the time of eating, parenting that is too protect and spoil the child, and the subject have a worrier character. Both the respondent meets the five criteria of specific phobia. As for the impact experienced phobia is a difficult activity in which are the object phobia, especially activities that require the existing road passing cat
