dc.description.abstractIndonesia merupakan negara yang berada di wilayah Cincin Api Pasifik yang memiliki tingkat aktivitas seismik tinggi, sehingga evaluasi kinerja struktur bangunan terhadap pengaruh gempa bumi menjadi aspek penting dalam perencanaan maupun penilaian keamanan bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja seismik struktur bangunan Ruko R5 Citraland Sampali dalam menahan beban lateral akibat gempa bumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statik nonlinier pushover dengan pemodelan struktur menggunakan perangkat lunak SAP2000 berbasis metode elemen hingga. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengacu pada SNI 1726:2019, SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1727:2020, serta PUSGEM sedangkan identifikasi level kinerja struktur berdasarkan ATC-40. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa struktur Ruko R5 Citraland Sampali masih berada pada tingkat kinerja Immediate Occupancy (IO). Identifikasi tersebut mengacu pada kriteria yang ditetapkan dalam ATC-40. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh nilai perpindahan (displacement) maksimum pada arah X sebesar 130,68 mm, sedangkan pada arah Y sebesar 566,21 mm. Dengan total tinggi struktur 14,9 m atau 14.900 mm, diperoleh nilai drift ratio sebesar 0,87%. Nilai tersebut memenuhi ketentuan ATC-40, yaitu apabila drift ratio < 1,0%, maka struktur dikategorikan dalam tingkat kinerja Immediate Occupancy (IO).yang menunjukkan bahwa bangunan masih dapat difungsikan setelah mengalami gempa dengan tingkat kerusakan struktural yang relatif kecil. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai perilaku struktur bangunan bertingkat terhadap beban gempa serta menjadi referensi dalam evaluasi keamanan dan perencanaan struktur bangunan tahan gempa. Indonesia is a country located in the Pacific Ring of Fire region, which has a high level of seismic activity. Therefore, evaluating the performance of building structures against earthquake effects is an important aspect in both structural planning and building safety assessment. This study aims to identify the seismic performance of the Ruko R5 Citraland Sampali building structure in resisting lateral loads caused by earthquakes. The method used in this study is nonlinear static pushover analysis with structural modeling using SAP2000 based on the finite element method. The analysis was carried out in accordance with SNI 1726:2019, SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1727:2020, and PUSGEM provisions, while the structural performance level identification was based on Applied Technology Council. The identification results indicate that the Ruko R5 Citraland Sampali structure is still within the Immediate Occupancy (IO) performance level. This identification refers to the criteria established in Applied Technology Council. Based on the analysis results, the maximum displacement in the X direction was 130.68 mm, while in the Y direction it reached 566.21 mm. With a total structural height of 14.9 m or 14,900 mm, the drift ratio obtained was 0.87%. This value satisfies the provisions of Applied Technology Council, which state that a drift ratio of less than 1.0% is classified as the Immediate Occupancy (IO) performance level. This indicates that the building can still function after experiencing an earthquake with relatively minor structural damage. This study is expected to provide an overview of the behavior of multistory building structures under earthquake loads and serve as a reference for the evaluation of safety and the planning of earthquake-resistant building structures.en_US
