Abstract: Industri skincare di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap perawatan kulit. Wardah sebagai salah satu brand lokal menghadapi persaingan ketat dengan berbagai merek lain, sehingga perlu strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk mempertahankan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand ambassador, brand image, dan promosi terhadap minat beli produk skincare Wardah pada mahasiswa Manajemen Politeknik Negeri Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 93 responden ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin dan pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial brand ambassador berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, dan promosi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Wardah. Secara simultan, brand ambassador, brand image, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli mahasiswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang tepat melalui pemilihan brand ambassador yang relevan, penciptaan citra merek yang positif, serta promosi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan minat beli mahasiswa terhadap produk skincare Wardah. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan generasi muda sebagai segmen pasar potensial. The skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth in line with increasing public awareness of skin care. Wardah, as one of the leading local brands, faces intense competition from both local and international brands, thereby requiring effective marketing strategies to maintain consumer purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand ambassador, brand image, and promotion on the purchase intention of Wardah skincare products among Management students at Politeknik Negeri Medan. The research method employed is associative with a quantitative approach. A total sample of 93 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula, with data collected through online questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software.The results show that partially, brand ambassador has a significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention, and promotion also significantly influences purchase intention of Wardah products. Simultaneously, brand ambassador, brand image, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on students’ purchase intention. These findings indicate that appropriate marketing strategies through relevant brand ambassador selection, the creation of a positive brand image, and effective promotions can enhance students’ intention to purchase Wardah skincare products. This study is expected to contribute to companies in formulating marketing strategies that are more aligned with the needs of young consumers as a potential market segment.
