| dc.description.abstract | Panel listrik distribusi merupakan komponen vital dalam sistem kelistrikan sebuah gedung, khususnya pada bangunan bertingkat seperti Condominium Manhattan Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai gangguan yang terjadi pada panel distribusi listrik serta upaya-upaya perbaikan yang telah dan dapat dilakukan guna meningkatkan keandalan sistem kelistrikan gedung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung di lapangan, wawancara dengan teknisi, serta analisis data gangguan listrik yang terjadi selama periode tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gangguan yang paling sering terjadi meliputi overcurrent, loose connection, dan kerusakan komponen panel akibat kelembaban dan usia pakai. Upaya perbaikan yang dilakukan meliputi penggantian komponen yang rusak, pengetatan koneksi kabel, serta peningkatan sistem proteksi dan pemeliharaan rutin. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya inspeksi berkala, modernisasi sistem panel, dan pelatihan teknis bagi operator untuk meminimalisir risiko gangguan dan menjamin kontinuitas suplai listrik di gedung. Electrical distribution panels are vital components of a building's electrical system, particularly in high-rise structures such as the Manhattan Medan Condominium. This study aims to analyze the various faults occurring in electrical distribution panels and the remedial measures—both implemented and potential—to enhance the building's electrical system reliability. The methodology employed includes direct field observations, interviews with technicians, and an analysis of electrical fault data recorded over a specific period. The findings indicate that the most frequent issues include overcurrent, loose connections, and component damage caused by humidity and aging. Remedial actions taken involve replacing damaged components, tightening cable connections, and upgrading protection systems and routine maintenance procedures. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of periodic inspections, panel system modernization, and technical training for operators to minimize the risk of faults and ensure a continuous power supply within the building. | en_US |
