A batching plant is the core system in the ready-mix concrete production process, responsible for mixing materials—such as cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures—according to specific mix designs. The plant's performance is a critical determinant of concrete quality, production capacity, energy efficiency, and operational costs. Consequently, analyzing batching plant performance is essential to assess the system's operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.en_US
