| dc.description.abstract | Stasiun Loading Ramp berfungsi sebagai titik awal penerimaan dan distribusi TBS ke dalam lori, sementara Stasiun Perebusan merupakan tahap penting yang menentukan keberhasilan ekstraksi minyak dan pengendalian kadar Asam Lemak Bebas (ALB). Ketidakseimbangan waktu kerja pada kedua stasiun ini dapat menyebabkan penumpukan antrean lori (bottleneck) atau keterlambatan olah, yang secara langsung berdampak pada penurunan kapasitas olah per jam (throughput) dan efisiensi biaya operasional. Dalam konteks teknik industri, pengukuran waktu kerja yang akurat diperlukan untuk menetapkan standar operasional yang realistis. Oleh karena itu, metode Time Study (Studi Waktu) digunakan untuk menganalisis elemen-elemen kerja secara mendetail, mengidentifikasi pemborosan waktu (waste time), dan menentukan waktu baku proses. Melalui pendekatan ini, variabel seperti pola perebusan 1-3-2 dan siklus Triple Peak yang diterapkan di PKS Dolok Sinumbah dapat dievaluasi efektivitasnya dibandingkan dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) yang ada. The Loading Ramp station serves as the initial point for receiving and distributing Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) into lorries, while the Sterilization station represents a critical stage that determines the success of oil extraction and the control of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) levels. Imbalances in work timing between these two stations can lead to lorry queue buildups (bottlenecks) or processing delays, directly resulting in reduced hourly processing capacity (throughput) and compromised operational cost efficiency. From an industrial engineering perspective, accurate work-time measurement is essential for establishing realistic operational standards. Consequently, the Time Study method is employed to analyze work elements in detail, identify time wastage, and determine standard process times. Through this approach, the effectiveness of variables such as the 1-3-2 sterilization pattern and the Triple Peak cycle—as implemented at the Dolok Sinumbah Palm Oil Mill—can be evaluated against existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). | en_US |
