dc.description.abstractKantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara sebagai instansi pemerintah yang memiliki lingkup kerja besar dan kompleks sangat bergantung pada infrastruktur jaringan yang handal, namun pengelolaan maintenance yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti ketidakteraturan data perangkat, lambatnya penanganan gangguan, serta sulitnya pemantauan status perbaikan secara real-time. Laporan ini membahas perancangan dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Maintenance Infrastruktur Jaringan berbasis web yang dikembangkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dengan fitur utama meliputi manajemen data perangkat jaringan (router, switch, access point, server), pencatatan jadwal maintenance berkala, pelaporan gangguan oleh admin maupun teknisi, monitoring status perbaikan, serta pembuatan laporan maintenance secara terpusat. Sistem dibangun menggunakan teknologi web berbasis PHP, MySQL, dan XAMPP dengan pendekatan perancangan yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan flowchart, use case diagram, ERD, dan pengujian langsung di lingkungan instansi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini efektif dalam mengintegrasikan seluruh proses maintenance ke dalam satu platform yang dapat diakses melalui jaringan internal, sehingga meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat penanganan gangguan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi koordinasi antara admin dan teknisi di Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara. The North Sumatra Governor's Office, as a government agency with a large and complex scope of work, relies heavily on reliable network infrastructure. However, manual maintenance management has led to various problems such as irregular device data, slow handling of disruptions, and difficulty in monitoring repair status in real-time. This report discusses the design and implementation of a web-based Network Infrastructure Maintenance Information System developed to address these problems, with key features including data management of network devices (routers, switches, access points, servers), recording of periodic maintenance schedules, reporting of disruptions by admins and technicians, monitoring of repair status, and centralized maintenance report generation. The system was built using web-based technologies PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP with a design approach that includes needs analysis, flowchart creation, use case diagrams, ERDs, and direct testing in the agency environment. The implementation results show that this system is effective in integrating all maintenance processes into a single platform that can be accessed through the internal network, thereby minimizing recording errors, accelerating disruption handling, and increasing coordination efficiency between admins and technicians at the North Sumatra Governor's Office.en_US
