The production process at the Pagar Merbau Palm Oil Mill encompasses stages ranging from raw material intake, sterilization of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB), threshing, pressing, and oil purification to kernel processing and supporting utility operations. Each stage carries the potential for issues that could disrupt smooth production—such as process delays, declining machinery performance, and inefficient resource utilization. Consequently, effective production system management is essential, involving workforce coordination, machinery maintenance, and the implementation of standardized work procedures.en_US
