Good ventilation system is needed in the work space to increase comfort in work especially for production systems using machines that emit heat. Ventilation system components that are discussed in this research is a turbine ventilator and ventilation openings. This study aimed to assess the indoor thermal conditions and engineering control to describe the thermal conditions of the workplace. The measurement results show that the thermal average air temperature in the room formulations was 33,52 ° C, 63,79 % humidity and wind speed 0.14 m/s. Productive work time of operators on average is 76.58% with a maximum deviation of about 5.91%. Data physical complaints caused by thermal conditions before the break was 100% operator becomes fatigued, 40% of operators become drowsy, and 73% of operators become unstable. Complaints after the break are 90% operators becomes fatigued, 73% of operators become drowsy, and 60% of operators become unstableen_US
